What are your delivery charges?
Our standard delivery cost is £4.50 within the UK. The Next Day delivery cost is £6.50 or FREE for orders over £100. Please review our delivery rates here. No min. order value.
What is the average delivery time?
Our average lead time is 3-5 days for Standard delivery and 1 day for Next Day delivery if the order placed before 2PM Mon–Fr. To learn more about our delivery times please click here.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Only to Ireland. The shipping cost to Ireland is £15.50 or FREE for orders over £100. Please review our delivery charges and timeline here.
My Order
How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order or amend an address, please contact the Doll Smash team as soon as possible after placing your order here. Please be aware that during peak trading periods we may not be able to amend orders.
Something in my order arrived damaged, what can I do?
We require all damages to be reported to our sales department in writing within 7 days of receipt of the item. We ask that all items are checked upon receipt. Please report any instances here.
How do I return my order?
In accordance with the UK’s distance selling’ laws, you have the right to return your Doll Smash order within 14 working days of delivery. The products MUST be returned in the original condition, unopened and with all packaging/hygiene seals intact. Returns must be accompanied by completed form.

What if i received a wrong or faulty product?
In accordance with your statutory rights, you may return products where the product is faulty (unfit for purpose, unsatisfactory quality). In order to return your online order to us FREE of charge, please print and complete our Returns Document which can be found HERE and select the correct return reason. Package your item and return to your local Post Office.
How can I exchange a product?
Sadly, we are unable to offer an exchange service on any items purchased.
What should I do if the product is unavailable?
If the product is temporarily unavailable, contact us here and we will get in touch when the product is back in stock.
